Powtech 2025: The KAHL Group will present efficient process engineering solutions for the manufacturing industry
Akahl
From September 23 to 25, 2025, Amandus Kahl, Schule Mühlenbau, and Neuhaus Neotec will present their extensive range of technologies for processing powders, liquids, and bulk materials at Powtech in Nuremberg. At booth 12-487 in Hall 12.0, the focus will be on economical, energy-efficient, and precise solutions for the most diverse requirements.
Many products in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries are only produced through targeted transformation processes, whether they are granules, agglomerates, or pellets. The KAHL Group offers plants and machines for a wide range of processing steps and processes. As the main exhibitor, Amandus Kahl will showcase its solutions for the challenges facing the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries alongside Schule Mühlenbau and Neuhaus Neotec, the co-exhibitors.
Solutions for laboratories and production
At the trade fair, Amandus Kahl will highlight two key processes for various products: pelleting and fluidized bed technology. The presentation will feature the LFB mini S, the smallest fluidized bed plant, as well as two flat die pellet mills, including the compact pellet mill 14-175 with base frame. The latter is ideal for applications with limited space or for laboratories. Additionally, the powerful pellet mill 33-600 will be shown in action. Both pellet mills can optionally be GMP certified for applications in the pharmaceutical industry. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) refers to guidelines that ensure medicines, food, and cosmetics are manufactured under hygienic conditions in a reproducible and safe manner.
Impact huller for modern grain processing
A big moment for Schule Mühlenbau: The long-established company will participate in Powtech for the first time in 2025, showcasing its more than 130 years of milling expertise on the international stage of process engineering. Through its trade fair presence, Schule will showcase its capabilities to a broad audience of experts and demonstrate that modern grain processing offers far more than conventional husking. The focus will be on the impact huller, which gently separates oats, spelt, einkorn wheat, emmer wheat, and sunflower seeds from their husks. With a high husking degree, low breakage rate, and high throughput, the huller enables milling companies to achieve maximum yield while maintaining high efficiency.
Chemical fine grinding for versatile requirements
Previously known primarily as a supplier of coffee industry equipment, Neuhaus Neotec will position itself in the field of chemical process engineering at Powtech 2025. Their two-stage laboratory mills and large-scale roll grinders are ideal for demanding applications requiring precise particle size distribution.
Three companies with the same goals: efficiency, quality, and flexibility
All three companies in the KAHL Group are committed to quality, energy efficiency, and flexibility in process engineering. The solutions from Reinbek and Ganderkesee are sustainable, economical, and precisely tailored to customer requirements, whether for particle size optimization, product refinement, product compaction, or bulk material conditioning.
