For a quick processing of your request we ask you to specify your company name as well as the order number, machine type and machine number at the beginning of the telephone call or in your e-mail.

Current and already ongoing projects are handled and coordinated by us as usual. Your contact person will continue to assist you with information. Personal contacts and journeys are currently limited to a minimum, but we can still see each other. Discussions about project progress or interim meetings will be held via video conference on request.
